As director of Imaging and Cardiology at Mass General/ North Shore Center for Outpatient Care, Christy Palma's focus is strategic direction, operational improvement, business development, workflow redesign, and quality assurance. Ms. Palma is well versed in collaborative efforts between large institutions including negotiations, operations, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance. Ms. Palma's expertise in radiology expands from a clinical perspective as an ultrasound technologist, to strategic vision as a clinical director. Ms. Palma has also been an entrepreneur prior to her position at MGH and founded an imaging consulting company providing Ultrasound staffing/placement services. She received a Master's in Business from Elon University and a Bachelors in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from Rochester Institute of Technology.
