Dr. H. Benjamin Harvey is a clinical fellow in the Department of Radiology at Massachusetts General Hospital and a licensed attorney in Massachusetts. Dr. Harvey received his law degree at Harvard Law School and has pursued additional coursework at the Harvard Business School. Dr. Harvey offers unique expertise focused on Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement, and Complex Contracting specific for imaging enterprises. He has written numerous peer-reviewed articles and has given invited lectures on these topics.
