								High Resolution Rectal MRI 
									 
									
										
											68 year old male presents with rectal bleeding. High resolution MRI demonstrates a pathognomonic appearance of a villous adenoma in the rectum, as well as a colonic adenocarcinoma superiorly in the rectosigmoid.

												(A) "Apple-core" tumor of the rectosigmoid, with circumferential irregular thickening consistent with colonic adenocarcinoma. (B) Polypoid mass in the rectum, with a shaggy nodular contour, sometimes likened to the appearance of a cauliflower.
